Inspiration: The flickering bulb in writing

It’s one thing to have a plan. It’s another to execute it. And it’s a completely different story when keeping to the tight schedule of a plan; this could be the next book you’re writing, or the blog you’re managing.

As a writer inspiration is everything. It’s well known to flicker like an aged light bulb, but when it lingers on it’s best advised to burn the midnight oil and crest as much as possible.

From my years creating stories online, I’ve learned not to beat myself up if I can not meet up with a deadline. There are many opportunities for writers and missing a deadline isn’t the end of the world, it just means you’re a writer who is driven by their inspiration to meet the pen with paper.

Did you enjoy the post? Are you an inspirational writer? When was the last time you wrote?
